Visions are the engine that drives our world. And the driving force behind a better future. All our METRO PROPERTIES real estate projects, including the METRO Campus in Düsseldorf, are based on this conviction: forward-looking district developments that tell inspiring stories about visions, courage, community, and new paths.

In our publication 'Raum für Zukunftsgestalter' (Space for Future Shapers), our pioneers and partners tell us what makes the METRO Campus project development so unique for them - from the initiation of the urban planning competition in collaboration with the state capital of Düsseldorf and the acquisition of project partner Swiss Life Asset Managers to the transformation of the global headquarters ONE METRO Campus with an innovative gastronomic experience and the realisation of the urban quarter of the future D.STRICT.
