METRO is a partner of the hospitality sector and offers customers a new platform at its global headquarters in Düsseldorf: the new ONE METRO Campus will become a culinary marketplace, a place of innovation and a 360-degree gastronomic view. By the end of 2025, space will be created here for culinary experts and culinary artists. The highlight and centrepiece of the quarter's development will be a gastronomic experience world with innovative, diverse gastronomy and hospitality concepts.
With its incomparable location at the intersection of the Düsseldorf districts of Flingern, Düsseltal and Grafenberg, the ONE METRO Campus is a special feature in Düsseldorf in terms of versatility. The excellent connections to the city centre as well as the proximity to Grafenberg Forest and Ostpark offer a high level of attractiveness. Connected to the global METRO Group headquarters with around 3,000 employees, in the direct vicinity of the young Grafental district and the newly developing urban quarter D.STRICT, the location has an attractive catchment area with a high reach and diverse guest structure.

The design of an innovative, gastronomic world of experience requires passionate hosts. The ONE METRO Campus offers space for different conceptual approaches that appeal to different target groups and integrate into the ONE METRO Campus as well as the newly emerging D.STRICT quarter.
Gastro unit I - Dritan Alsela
It's hard to imagine ONE METRO Campus without Dritan Alsela. The multi-award-winning, charismatic "Il Barista" is an experience and an inspiration. His passion: coffee. His renowned Dritan Alsela Coffee shop on Schlüterstraße has long been a popular Düsseldorf hotspot for coffee enthusiasts.
Gastro unit II - 220 sqm
Italian Kitchen, Trattoria, Tapas 2.0 or Levante - the gastro unit convinces with a light-flooded ambience and offers space for a familiar feel-good atmosphere and hearty cuisine. The unit covers a total area of 220 sqm, divided into a 77 sqm kitchen, a guest room area of approx. 143 sqm and a spacious outdoor area with visibility towards Grafenberger Allee. Underground parking spaces are also available for your guests.
Gastro unit III - Thomas Bühner
We are pleased to welcome an internationally renowned and multiple award-winning German star chef to our ONE METRO Campus: Thomas Bühner is coming to Düsseldorf with a fine dining restaurant. The opening is planned for the 1st quarter of 2025.
Gastro unit IV - 271 sqm
Would you like a little more? The second gastronomic unit covers a total area of 271 sqm, divided into 95 sqm of kitchen and ancillary room space, a guest room of 176 sqm as well as an attractive outdoor area, which will prospectively border a green, car-free campus square and open up to the newly developing quarter. Experimental pop-up concept, full service, fast casual or several coherent concepts under one roof? Everything is conceivable. This unit also has a contingent of underground parking spaces at its disposal.
